Title Transfer (Inside of PA):

Please bring the vehicle’s title, government issued ID from seller, PA Driver License or ID from buyer, and mileage of vehicle. If a new tag is requested please have buyer’s proof of insurance in the buyer’s name.

Title Transfer (Outside of PA):

Please bring the vehicle’s properly re-assigned title from seller, PA Driver License or ID from buyer, mileage of vehicle, and actual vehicle for PennDOT’s Vehicle Identification Number verification. If a new tag is requested please have buyer’s proof of insurance in the buyer’s name.
